Queralt Antú Serrano (Film Department Coordinator in SAE) Director, Creative Director, calligraphy and founder of OVNI MEDIALAB. Catalan artist for many innovative creations. He studied Graphic Design at Eina and Philosophy at the UB. In the year 2001 he obtained a scholarship for a master’s degree in film at the prestigious Royal College of Art (RCA) in London, a fact that made a turn in his career. For several years she has worked as artistic director with renowned directors like Bigas Luna, Alejandro Amenábar, Tom Tycker or Peter Greenaway. She has published two books on graphic design: “Todo sobre la caligrafía” and “Fundamentos de la tipografía”. Linked to her cinema director work, her first feature-length documentary, Bilderberg’$ Club, was selected at Sundance Film Festival, Mediawave Festival, and in the Visions du Réel Festival. He has received several awards for his short films and advertisements in festivals such as Cannes, San Sebastian, Sapporo Film Fest, Annecy and Festivals FIAP, among others.
Joan S. Luna (Chief Editor MondoSonoro) has been more than 15 years devoted mainly to the music critics. His texts have appeared in diferent media, in supplements of newspapers such as El Mundo o Avui, international music magazines up to the most diverse (Riff Raff – Belgium- or Hit It or Quit It -the United States-), through collaborations more or less punctual in 40 Principales, Play, Rockdelux, Time Out, Europe and many others. He started in the underground magazine Metali-K.O., for having, in the mid 1990s, to occupy the post of head of the editorial staff in the publication of the independent music magazine MondoSonoro. Currently he also works in various media and newspapers such as El País and El Mundo. His first book was “Los colores del underground“, edited by Astiberri and the first work published in Spain on the pop surrealism art movement. He usually also exercise regularly as a dj in several places in Catalonia and in a long list of festivals (from Sónar to Low Cost, Arenal Sound, SOS 4.8, Primavera Sound and many more), as remixer in the project Fizz Moon.
Margaux Beaumier (Executive Producer Soixan7e Quin5e) After studying Creative Industries and Cinema, Margaux started working as a production assistant in the well-known music video production company El Nino. She worked along directors such as Jonas&François, Les Megaforces, Mathieu César…
Having specialized in Music Videos, she soon moved to advertising entering the ranks of Soixan7e Quin5e. For five years, she worked as production coordinator alongside the 3 producers and assisted directors such as Jonas Akerlund, Johan Renck, Matthijs Van Heijningen and many others. In parallel, she started working as a freelance journalist for Vice, contributing to the online magazine with interviews of music video directors.
She is now an executive producer at Soixan7e Quin5e, developing digital content alongside more traditional adverts.
